FloWorxIQ Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes actions that are prohibited when you use the services of FloWorxIQ Inc. (“FloWorxIQ”, “we”, or “our”).

You must comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

FloWorxIQ may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any activity that violates this AUP or poses a risk to our systems, other customers, or third parties.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to access, store, distribute, or transmit any content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence.

  • Contains sexually explicit or exploitative material.

  • Contains malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or other abusive communications.

  • Violate Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CAN-SPAM (U.S.), GDPR, or other applicable marketing laws.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our network without authorization.

  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without written consent.

  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.

3. Security Responsibilities

You must:

  • Use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to the Service.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify FloWorxIQ immediately of any actual or suspected security breach.

4. Email & Messaging

When using FloWorxIQ to process or send emails, you must:

  • Ensure you have obtained legally required consent to contact recipients.

  • Include required opt-out/unsubscribe mechanisms.

  • Not use the Service to send misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent messages.

5. AI & Automated Processing

  • Do not use AI-generated outputs to mislead, impersonate, or defraud others.

  • Do not input sensitive or regulated data (e.g., health, financial, biometric) into the Service unless you have lawful authority and necessary consents.

  • You are responsible for evaluating and reviewing outputs before relying on them.

6. Enforcement

FloWorxIQ may, at its sole discretion:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.

  • Remove content that violates this AUP.

  • Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
