  • The AI classification is highly accurate, typically exceeding 98% for well-defined categories. However, we have safety nets in place for the rare instances of error or ambiguity:

    1. Human in the Loop: AI-drafted replies are never sent automatically. They are saved as drafts, requiring a team member to review and approve them, ensuring 100% accuracy before a customer sees anything.

    2. Error Flagging: If the AI is unable to confidently classify an email, it will be labeled AiError for immediate human review.

    3. Continuous Improvement: The system is designed to learn. We periodically review classifications to fine-tune the AI and improve its accuracy over time.
